What are the office hours?
Stanley Storage Solutions is a remotely managed facility with no in-person office. You can rent a unit, make payments, and manage your account online 24/7. If you need assistance, our team is available by phone or email Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

What are the access hours?
Our facility offers 24-hour access, allowing you to access your storage unit or parked RV, boat, trailer, or vehicle whenever it's convenient for you.

How do I rent a unit?

What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
A valid government-issued photo ID is required to complete your rental. Depending on the storage type, additional documentation may be requested during the rental process.

How do I pay my storage bill?

What unit size do I need?

Am I required to store long-term?
No. We offer flexible month-to-month rentals, so you can store for as little or as long as you need without being locked into a long-term contract.

What am I not allowed to store?
For the safety of our customers and facility, prohibited items include hazardous materials, flammable liquids, explosives, illegal substances, stolen property, perishable food, live animals, firearms or ammunition stored improperly, lithium batteries, e-scooters, and any other items prohibited by your rental agreement. If you're unsure whether an item can be stored, please contact our team before moving it into your unit.
